Phase 2: AI & Infrastructure	Q2 2025	Deployment of the first generation of AI verification models. Significant expansion of the network's decentralized infrastructure to support a larger user base.
Phase 3: Geographic Expansion	Q3 2025	Extension of Centralium's coverage to multiple major cities and regions globally, scaling the network to handle increased data volume and user activity.
Phase 4: Full Platform Release	Q4 2025	Production release of the complete mobile and web applications, featuring advanced analytics, court-ready forensic reports, and API access for third-party developers and partners.
Phase 5: Community Governance	Q1 2026	Implementation of the Centralium DAO, enabling CTR token holders to participate in network governance and decision-making. Transition to a fully open protocol to foster innovation in community safety technology.
